Jeremy E. Miller

Jeremy has extensive litigation experience and brings a swath of knowledge from both representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation to resolve disputes in an empathetic and cost-effective manner. Jeremy obtained his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in Washington and graduated cum laude. He was also an associate editor on the Seattle Journal of Environmental law. Outside of the office, you may find Jeremy spending time with his family, cooking hearty meals, and seeking adventure in the outdoors.

In 2015, Jeremy began his legal career representing plaintiffs in all types of personal injury cases. In 2021, he continued his career defending individuals and small and large businesses in a wide array of claims, including traumatic injury, construction defect, Consumer Protection Act, and timber trespass. Jeremy now brings his expertise to Lee Smart, P.S., Inc.
