Alec J. Anderson

Alec joined Lee Smart as an Associate Attorney in 2023. His practice includes all areas of civil litigation. He is a motivated and dedicated attorney who advocates zealously for his clients. He tackles cases with tenacity and is competitive in all levels of work.

Prior to joining Lee Smart, he advocated for victims of crime as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at both King County and Okanogan County Prosecutor’s offices. Before graduating from Willamette University School of Law in 2020, he worked in an appellate unit as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern.

Alec has more than a handful of jury trials under his belt in both Superior and District Courts throughout Washington State. He has a well-developed motion practice and has appeared numerous times to argue in court.
